Terms and Conditions for Online Payments with Clark-Skamania Flyfishers.  Last Updated: October 15, 2025. 

Thank you for supporting Clark-Skamania Flyfishers. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our online payment system for membership dues, donations, event fees, or other payments (“Payments”) made through our website (CSFly.net) or other authorized online platforms (collectively, the “Platform”). By making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any payments. 

1. Eligibility.  To make Payments through our Platform, you must: 

• Be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. 

• Provide accurate, complete, and current payment and personal information. 

• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

• Agree to the following acknowledgement as required by out insurance carrier: “I/we waive all claims and release Clark-Skamania Flyfishers (CSF) and all its members from any and all liability arising from CSF-sponsored activities.”

2. Payment Processing.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via  credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express),  through our third-party payment processor Personify.
2.2 Authorization: By submitting a Payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the provided payment method for the full amount, including any applicable taxes or fees.
2.3 Currency: All Payments are processed in  U.S. Dollars (USD.)
2.4 Payment Confirmation: Upon successful processing, you will receive a confirmation email. Retain this for your records.
2.5 Failed Payments: If a Payment fails due to insufficient funds, incorrect payment details, or other issues, we will notify you, and you must resolve the issue within seven days to complete the transaction. 

3. Membership and Payment Obligations

3.1 Membership Dues: Membership Payments are due annually on January 1 as outlined in our membership guidelines. IF a member does not make the annual dues payment by March 31, their membership shall be considered delinquent.  When dues become delinquent membership in the organization  is terminated.
3.2 Non-Transferable: Memberships and associated benefits are non-transferable and non-assignable.
3.3 Other Payments: Payments for events, programs, or donations are subject to specific terms provided at the time of transaction (e.g., event cancellation policies). 

4. Refunds and Cancellations.

4.1 Membership Dues: Membership dues are non-refundable.
4.2 Donations: Donations are non-refundable unless processed in error. Contact us within seven days to report errors.
4.3 Event Fees: Refunds for event fees are subject to the event’s specific cancellation policy, provided at the time of registration.
4.4 Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. 

5. Security and Data Privacy

5.1 Secure Transactions: We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment information. However, no online system is entirely risk-free, and we are not liable for unauthorized access beyond our control.
5.2 Third-Party Processors: Our payment processors comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your transactions.
5.3 Data Collection: We collect payment-related information (e.g., name, email, payment details) to process transactions and maintain membership records. See our Privacy Policy (#) for details. 6. Errors and Disputes6.1 Reporting Errors: If you believe there is an error in a Payment, contact us at www.csfly.net within 30 days with details of the issue.
6.2 Dispute Resolution: We will work to resolve disputes promptly. If unresolved, disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and you agree to resolve disputes through mediation or arbitration, if applicable. 

7. Termination or Suspension.  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Platform or membership benefits if you: 

• Provide false or fraudulent payment information. 

• Violate these Terms or other organizational policies. 

• Engage in conduct that harms our organization or members.

8. Changes to Terms.  We may update these Terms at our discretion. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 

9. Limitation of Liability.  To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clark-Skamania Flyfishers  and its affiliates, officers, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or Payments, including but not limited to errors, interruptions, or unauthorized transactions.
